Cancelling renewal

The proposed rule for card subscriptions is to cancel renewal at the end of the period. Access to paid features remains until the end of the already paid period. Cancelling renewal does not delete your account or learning history.

Refunds

Cancelling renewal does not automatically issue a refund. Support must review refund requests, incorrect charges and applicable consumer rights. The final policy and request procedure will be approved before commercial launch.

Pending payment

An unconfirmed payment attempt must not grant a new period of paid access. If you have questions or notice a discrepancy, check the payment status and contact support.

Pix and boleto

These payment methods are still in development. Expiration, manual renewal and refund rules will be presented before they become available.
